16:30 Yeah that's a very bad habit (rebel phases of a generation has) namely this generation where people where the fact that they have issues or doing something wrong is considered cool points and to cope with the guilt or conviction of that they wear having issues like a badge to be ironically contrary but they're genuine in that it makes them look empowered or some shit.
Some people really need to cope by getting beside the fact that taking accountability makes you feel awkward, but it needs to happen. So does growing up
So inversely if you don't own it to take accountability, you don't grow up. It's just borderline suspended development disguising itself as confidence.
