25:30 She’s a lil too quirky for me, but she’s right, just mind ya business & don’t look. So simple.
- Her problem is just seconds before that fact drop, she claimed she gassed up some chic dripped a certain say from a distance.
So attention is good as long as it’s positive & from the right ppl.
But the negative, the consequences, is not okay. That’s not how that works, that’s that ‘entitlement to domain’ I see often from people in comment threads.
Either mind your business is the law, or feedback actually is okay.
Pick one. Society is not your private possession.

At that point, literally, just workout at home. Or fund a women’s only gym in most states. You want to have a cause? There you go. ♀ And if that’s already been in the pipeline, speed it up. And if there’s plenty already, well mass-produce.
Otherwise, you are not entitled to a public space, then dictate the rules of encounter when you’re not being threatened, or forbid any contact when YOU choose to be in a space that is by extension going to place you around other social creatures.
No one invited you, you chose to be there.
The price of dressing how you want as a right is you’re not god of everyone else’s autonomy and thus you can’t police everyone else in the same exact breath.
Self-awareness, accountability and consideration from EVERYONE, then there’s no conversation.
But she’s right, don’t look, yet she’s missing an important caveat.
You’re not entitled to a public shared space then pretend you’re the only one who deserves to be there, at that point just stay home.
As for the joke, it’s funny.
For Shane Gillis, someone I never listen to, his delivery worked for me despite the “whore” usage being too much, it was. I think just maybe how uncommon that word is used, was the point. Cause I definitely wasn’t ready for it, which is why it was funny. If he said “thot”, i would’ve cringed. But whore has a punch to it. Again, low taste, but I figure that was the point. And that face he made was hilarious.
Does Shane deserve to be canceled? No, obviously.
And keep in mind, it’s a joke. Imagine how often academia runs it’s collective mouth on men, gross misrepresentation, misinformation and they’re not held accountable for it. But they’re the experts.
(ex. Mankeeping, meanwhile when lesbians suffer the exact same issues, that isn’t mentioned in many of these articles. Zero accountability.)
Compared to that, and how common that is? I think a joke is just fine, the choice of word was just gaudy. But again, I presume the risque was part of the point.
Should tiktok women Avengers assemble to shut down this disobedient welp via cancellation for daring to defy the established rigid social norms? No, save that energy for a crisis.
But it’s humanizing to see women being so…. aggressive, patriarchal & counter-oppressive the minute they get challenged on anything.
They’re not underdogs apparently like the first wavers, because this lot know the mountains will move if they scream loud enough at the same time. They have power, they have systemic advantage, they know exactly what to do to destroy someone’s life for offending them. And have ZERO qualms making visual documentations of themselves exploiting it. Our resident victims ready to destroy.
I love that self tell, again, it’s humanizing.
If the joke didn’t work for you, then it didn’t work. Fine. Breathe in deep mother nature’s ether, and move on with father time. If the critique itself was the punch in the chest, we agree & diverge there, for all reasons provided; but if “whore” was the deal breaker, agreed, I agree it was too much. You’re okay.

TL;DR Women can dress however, its not always invitation for pursuit, true.
Just because she appeals to your mating sensibilities, is not jurisdiction to engage because YOU are ready for the ritual to begin. Truth.
But women are in a shared space, carry a sign with you or something (“Here to pump, not talk”) / (“Unavailable”)
or you could… idk, he or she approaches, she or he says no, and you both move on.
But you live in the timeline where social tension is the norm, men aren’t mind readers, everything’s a risk, talking is an act of war.
It’s safer for you as the man to treat women like they’re radioactive (regardless of “signs” & “signals” she gives or you thought she gave, just forget all of that. That time is done.)
And it’s better for women’s peace of mind not to be on guard for a pursuit every 5 seconds.
- Women are independent and over it, accept it.
- They’re not something to look forward to anymore, you have to be cautious now or just keep your distance, keep match making within tight-knit, very small circles.
- Who you date is someone who your friend or extendeds should know, even that’s not a guarantee of safety but it’s better than hitting up random Janes.
- It’s not worth it, just mind your business, this is society now. This is women now. And it’s the gym, just do what you’re there to do and keep pushing on.
If the women who want encounters, want them, let them step forward. If they don’t, too passive to step up, that’s their problem. This is the legacy their movement handed them.
Men shouldn’t be creeps in the gym, but don’t blame men for taking the hint amidst the cultural shift.
The risk is effectively killing any sense of community because people don’t have any social skills, self-awareness, control over libido and way too much self-importance, & zero accountability for how they present themselves.
“Entire social fabric of the room becomes tense and hyper-policed, draining the casual, community energy out of a public space.”
- It’s unfortunate, but this is what you got. If you work out a middle ground, try, don’t give up on people or even society. But don’t force it either.
However one dresses is not incrimination because of someone else’s poor impulse control.
But looking is not a crime, and you don’t want a society where it is. But if you’re staring, you’re not being considerate.
The best part about topics like this is both sides catch the shots.
It’s best to just to mind- your- business and there is ZERO risk of being called creepy, legitimately anyway; you can still be lied on.
The compulsion is involuntary, I get it. But it’s not worth it. You choose, not your hormones.
📌There’s over a billion women on the planet, at some point you have to override the formula. Be considerate to them, exercise some self-awareness that being looked at is not inherently flattering.
And to be fair? Stop handing out your attention for absolutely nothing.
AT MINIMUM, be self-aware. That’s just basic survival instinct, man or woman.
If the joke didn’t work for you, then it didn’t work. Fine. Breathe in deep mother nature’s ether, and move on with father time. If the critique itself was the punch in the chest, we diverge there but if “whore” was the deal breaker, agreed, I agree it was too much. You’re okay.
Yes, some do want to look cute for self & optics, more women should be more honest about that, it’s okay to care about how you’re seen, it comes with the SOC-eity.
