yep and they still doing it, in the minds of execs & elites, the men have to be lessened & shrunk into irrelevance for women to even stand a chance and it's bullshit.
strong men do not have to disappear for strong women to have agency, the two can coexist in the same dimension & do so everyday.
Because when we make men weak to prop women up in the name of equity, we're saying women can't compete even with equality, problematic narrative.
