Respectfully, all words are made up to cultivate a meaning, and yet-- Is "homophobia" a real word given what it intends to say vs what it's suffix actually means?
I did some research on homophobia back in 16' whether if the term was medically proven; it reads more valid as a socio-political dismissal tactic.
Which.... when you really pay attention to the timeline, it's used more like an anti-argumentation weapon than an attempt diagnose someone with a psychological hiccup lol.
So it's not supposed to make sense, just roll of the tongue. And with that in mind, It's easier to accept--- Repetition feedback looping, conditioning.
2024: Fact is, LGBT can fight for rights without having to make up or adopt verbal weapons to shut people up through masterful gaslighting.
The term is nothing but a sociological insta-win button with zero medical basis.
Abused so much that it means nothing.
"I think homophobia is not the correct word. It's Homomisia.", this person gets it.
