/re Jeremy Boreing Breaks Silence On Recent Drama | "Married men live longer" & the skill issue caveat

7:23 the married man life span thing is very real, it's part of the balance of the family unit that a woman's unique perspective fills in the gaps of an average man's tunnel-vision blind spots; however we really should be taking of oneself, wife or no wife.

Cause if godforbid circumstances claim her life early, then what? When time claims her, then what? If she leaves, then what? If she's a hot mess too that doesn't know how to eat proper also, then what?

Just the broad statistic of being married as a man means you'll 'likely' or 'tend to' live longer isn't an insurance policy, because at the end of the day: if you need a woman around just so you eat properly & sleep proper that's a skill issue.

If you already do and she enhances that, that's different. But a lot of people cite that fact of marriage with confident complacency, not realizing there's backhanded subtext attached to it.
